The Lagos State Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs has advised Local Government Personnel to exhibit good conduct and diligence in the discharge of their duties.

Dr. Wale Ahmed gave the advice during a visit to Agbado/Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area earlier today in continuation of his familiarization tour of the 57 Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas in the State.

His host and Chairman of Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA, David Famuyiwa, welcomed the Commissioner to the Council, took him round the redevelopment site while intimating him on the ongoing reconstruction of the Council Secretariat located at Oja Ọba, in Abule Egba.

The commissioner lauded the reconstruction of the Council Secretariat and encouraged its speedy completion.

Dr Ahmed also took advantage of the occasion to interact with the legislative chamber, officials of the Community Development Committee (CDC) and other stakeholders in the LCDA.

In the Commissioner entourage are the Senior Special Adviser to the Governor on Local Government and Community Affairs, Prince Sola Olusi and Director of Administration, Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs, Mr. Rasaq Amodu.
