The leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, (NYCN) Alimosho, has paid a courtesy visit to the newly-inaugurated chairman of the Local Government, Hon. Akinpelu Johnson.

The visit was meant to introduce the organisation’s leadership to the new helmsman and discuss potential areas of collaboration.

The delegation, led by the Coordinator, Comr. Oyero Abiodun, was warmly received by the chairman who expressed positive interest in the Youth Council programmes.

Hon. Johnson commended the group’s initiatives and enthusiasm for the youth populace in the community.

He indicated his desire for further discussion and scheduled a follow-up engagement with the youth body.

This follow-up meeting will provide an opportunity for in-depth discussions on how NYCN Alimosho can contribute to the local government’s development initiatives.

The delegation left the meeting encouraged by the Chairman’s openness and looking forward to the next meeting.

The visit, according to the group’s spokesman, Comr. Malik Mohammed, marks the beginning of a promising relationship between NYCN Alimosho and the new administration in the local government.
